Droit européen

L’Union européenne est très active dans le domaine du transport ferroviaire. La législation européenne vise avant tout à créer un marché unique pour les services de transport ferroviaire dans l’UE. Cet objectif couvre notamment l’uniformisation des dispositions en matière de sécurité et des conditions d’accès à l’infrastructure, la normalisation des règles techniques favorisant l’interopérabilité, les droits des voyageurs et la création de corridors de fret.
