Save the date: Passenger Claims Conference 2026

The next Passenger Claims Conference will take place in-person in Luxembourg on 30 September 2026, at the kind invitation of CFL. The conference will be preceded by a meeting of the CIV Committee on 29 September 2026, also in Luxembourg and organised in hybrid form.

The programme will focus on developments in international multimodal passenger transport, including the current legislative framework and the forthcoming EU proposal on multimodal passenger rights. Further topics will cover operational experiences with multimodal products (rail–bus/coach, rail–air, train–ferry and other combined services), the passenger perspective on multimodal journeys, as well as EU and UIC technical standards for multimodal ticketing and interoperability.

Members are kindly invited to save the date and share this information internally within their companies. A leaflet with the detailed programme and the registration form will be circulated in due time.
