CIT – UIC Workshop on Wagon Law on 10 September 2024 in Bern

The CIT – UIC Workshop on “COTIF/CUV UR and GCU: Learning from practice to foster further development” will be held in Bern (UPU) and will focus on wagon law.

The workshop will be a good opportunity to explore the practical developments of the General Contract of Use (GCU) and its adaptations in line with the ECM Regulation. What kind of integration of the ECM can we imagine in the future, what role can a possible revision of the COTIF RU CUV play, what operational needs does the sector require to evolve the rules to the benefit of all parties in wagon use? All these issues will be discussed by technical, legal and operational experts.

This event is open and free of charge to CIT members and UIC members. It will end with a buffet and aperitif at the end of the day.
