SMPS/SMGS

The SMPS and SMGS conventions govern the international carriage of passenger and freight, respectively, and are applied in Eastern Europe and Asia. Most OSJD Member States (some of which are also OTIF Member States) apply these two conventions. The overviews below show which states apply:

• SMPS and/or the CIV Uniform Rules;
• SMGS and/or the CIM Uniform Rules.
