Contractual documents

The contractual framework developed by the CIT addresses the relationship between the customer and the carrier and the relationship between carriers. It comprises mainly General Terms and Conditions (GTC), boilerplate contracts and checklists designed to simplify the conclusion of agreements and contracts.
